North of Cerralvo Island, La Reina is one of the Gulf of California’s iconic dive sites. Around this rocky islet, exposed to currents, dramatic underwater topography supports a remarkable diversity of marine life.
Large schools of fish move around the reef alongside moray eels, turtles, manta rays and many tropical species. In these open waters, every dive may also bring an unexpected encounter with larger pelagic animals or sea lions.
The topography and changing conditions are part of La Reina’s appeal. We adapt each dive to the guests’ experience, the current and the visibility to make the most of the site.
